Move-in was not only smooth but also quick and easy, thanks to David. He gave me a great move-in offer and even made it possible for me to move in almost a week earlier than planned. The area is nice and affordable, and the interiors are well-kept. So far, maintenance has been quick and responsive. I was a bit concerned at first after seeing some negative reviews, but my experience so far has been completely positive. I hope I continue to enjoy my stay here.
I just want to say thank you David even tho you been transferd to this property you continue taking care of all your residents all over bellmar i am at waterford and you go all the way out to continue helping.
DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL COST!!!! I’ve had several packages stolen and I don’t mean just one or two I mean 10 plus packages in 2 year. I’ve had my vehicle broken into. I’ve had a doorbell camera stolen. And a gun stolen all in just two years. Please DO NOT live here you’re better off anywhere else.
