Ross heart hospital is the reason for my moms death! Worst hospital!!!!!
If i could give you 0 stars i would good thing I wasnt dying or I would be dead waited almost 10 hours and I had to get my vitals two times for God knows what reason they probably lost the first one
I went in the er because my blood glucose was 511 and was told the average wait was 9 hrs just to get a bed. I have recently just moved to Columbus and I will never return to this hospital. It's not worth losing my life over.

I thought OSU was supposed to be the best. My boyfriend went in to try to get a referral to urology for a kidney stone and see about a second opinion since his urologist at Marion is a total quack. They treated him like he was drug-seeking and told him he didn't have a kidney stone, even though the next day he had surgery to have the stone removed. Seven hours in the ER, no pain medication given for control. Really wanted a referral to a doctor we felt comfortable with after Marion doc screwed up three procedures, but OSU tr... read more
It's an emergency room not the Ritz Carlton. Expect to wait and for some nurses to be more knoedgeable than others.
