Poor customer svc. Am browsing with my wife and she is in the midst of trying and buying some clothes here. Was at the lower level n Had to go to the loo,so I asked one of the staff here is it ok to use the loo@the lower level(I’m staring at the restrooms) and she said “oh there’s no restrooms here”?? I’m actually fine if she had said,sorry those are not for public use or something...but here I’m staring at the restrooms and she said there is nothing there?? I’m so going to have my eyes checked... I love the store. Because I love to shop there.
Floor staff couldn’t really give a damn about service AT ALL. It was almost as if we were disturbing and annoying them by asking questions or requests. Had two staff members just walk off half way through requests for items Typical A and F service
Laid back, everybody is friendly, but the cashier staff are lazy and disorganized to a disastrous level. I had to check my own clothes, they almost didn’t pack everything. They make fun of people that buy a lot... wierd way to represent a business.... Sadly the worst A&F store Ice been to...or the store trains everyone adequately or fire a buncha of people or start or fresh... as a business owner myself, people are what make the brand, and these are ruining yours
