I'm a Sr estimator and general contractor. I contacted Abel and spoke to Abel about a potential project I wanted him to bid. He agreed to bid the project. I sent him PDF files of the roof and the architect specs. Abel said he bid the project (standing seam roof and bituminous roofing) a project worth about 25k. Abel said he'd give me a bid within the week: nothing I called Abel about 10x to get a response: he never answered the call or returned any of my message..
