El doctor Abella es muy buen doctor pero su personal tiene una mala actitud. En tres ocasiones re agendaron mi cita por por tanto yo perdí la nocion de la fecha de la nueva cita y no pude ir. Luego agende de nuevo y por causas ajenas llegue 45 minutos tarde. Me quisieron cobrar un fee por esto y no acepte. Luego de esto no quieren agendarme más cita. Asi que tendré que cambiarme de doctor. Entiendo que es injusto ya que tres veces me cambiaron la fecha sin embargo el día que falte me quieren cobrar un fee.
I requested an appointment for my mom online and they called her. When she explained to them what she needed: basically a second opinion; they said that they do not do that or something like that. My mom is an elderly lady.
I was checking in on my mother after her appointment at Abella Heart, which she scheduled due to concerns about her age and hereditary heart issues. She went in for a routine check-up, and while the staff was friendly and the overall service was good, there were a few issues. It seems that the staff at this clinic believe they are the only cardiology clinic in Miami. They couldn’t care less and feel no shame about losing a patient due to absurd bureaucracy, unfriendliness, indifference, and unprofessionalism. My grandmother’s experience at this cardiology clinic was frankly disappointing. From the very beginning, the staff was rude, insensitive, and completely lacking in empathy for an elderly person who deserves respect and proper care.
