Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional pest control company ! • Booked 2nd treatment a week in advance, took time off work, only to get a last-minute call （1h30mins into the time window）saying they “double booked” due to an IT issue. Nothing but excuses. • First treatment (July 15) was useless — cockroaches came back within days because they didn't treat properly • When I asked for a gel treatment to strengthen the results, staff was rude, promised a call back, and never followed up. I always thought of Abel as the go-to for anything pest related. As I've seen their trucks since I was a kid, and I'm now in my 40's, they must be very good. Companies that aren't don't last this long, right? Well... Unless my current landlords (with whom I am at odds with for other unknown reasons) spoke with and convinced the the Abel agent that came to my very needed rescue, convincing him that no treatment is necessary. Hi, I had Shawn, visit me yesterday for mice control, and he did an excellent job. I was very happy with him. He answered all my questions, did a throughly good job, and gave me lots of good advise,.
