I love this clinic u get in fast no long wait at all and all the staff is very friendly and helpful
I visited them in July and am still attempting to clear up issues with them accurately billing my insurance (instead of me). They spelled my name wrong and had my birthday wrong in their system. Impossible to leave a message on their phone system.
Very good and fast service....warming communicative staff....
I still don't have health insurance because signing up for it has been a chore that I haven't gotten around to since I rarely need the coverage. So, when I do need to visit a doctor, I pay full price out-of-pocket. I choose to visit St. Thomas Clinic because their staff is amazing. They are friendly, they don't keep me waiting, they take time to explain things fully, and I always feel leaving like they actually care about me. These well prepared clinicians took very good care of me in my emergent situation on 9/23/16. So thankful to Dr. Mary Abell & her team.
Everyone was very nice and helpful from the receptionist to the doctor. Most clinics do not realize how importunate it is to treat a patient not feeling well like a human and not a number or a pay check..
