I have been going to St. Thomas for a while; although I have a Primary Care Physican St. Thomas is always available when I cannot get in to see my doctor. The staff is always polite and welcoming they assist you in whatever concern you may have. Thanks to the doctors and staff at St. Thomas I appreciate all you do.
Bad experience, unprofessional, rude, wrote wrong demographics (and had my driver's license ) had a Dr. yell towards me because she wrote the prescription wrong snd wrong type of medication and a 10 day supply. Unable to speak with the staff they think they are always right and talk over you. Told my I had ketone in my urine had to explain..over and over I'm doing Atkins. .omg..I suppose to have ketones..that the purpose of Atkins. I has been challenging but that's what you get when you go to a clinic it stead somewhere wher... read more
My experience was horrible and most are unprofessional, the only nice worker was the lady in the lab. After my third or fourth visit that was it, I never went back.
