Buckle up, this might be long. Back in February 2022, I requested an appointment for my bridesmaids and I so I could try on dresses. They called me to let me know they didn’t have bridesmaids dresses and I told them that was fine because they aren’t trying dresses on, I was looking for my wedding dress. They said okay and confirmed my appointment for March 26 at 4:30 PM. Fast forward to March 25th, they call me to confirm my bridal appointment and I say yes, we are still coming. I definitely would not recommend this boutique for wedding dresses. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes after trying on 5 dresses. I would suggest that when you have an appointment being welcomed and expected by the staff. We were barely spoken to and the entire experience felt weird and we couldn’t wait to leave. I can’t speak for the prom dress or the other part of the store only the wedding dress area.
This place is unbelievable. Do not go here, we scheduled a wedding dress appointment a week in advance and nobody was even here to open the store. Nobody called to let us know they wouldn’t be here before making the 2 hour drive over. -10 out of 10 rating.
If I could put 0 stars I would. My little sister had an appointment this last Saturday and we get there only to find the doors locked and the lights out. There was NO ONE HOME. #thumbsdown
I made an appointment months in advance and they called me back to confirm the appointment for Saturday May 14th at 10am. I got there at 10am and no one was there to open the store, I called multiple times and no one answered me and my party waited for 30 minutes outside the closed store before we ended up leaving and going to another bridal store.
