Had an appt for 1:15 which they moved to noon. I showed up at 1:15 because they were sending the updated appointment times to the cellphone of my parent who passed away years ago. Nancy at the front desk did everything in her power to make me feel like this was somehow my fault (Interestingly, I updated my contact info when filling out the intake form... had an appointment today. i was originally scheduled by the office mid may and they called me the week of to say Dr. Abeles was not going to be there the day they scheduled me. I was able to get an appt just shy of a month later. Abeles did not answer all my questions during the visit, in fact mid question she left the room. She had no patience and was dismissive the whole 5 minute or less encounter. Abeles never finished looking at my skin, skipping majority of my back side and never even looked at my facial skin.
