I wasn't able to use Abel Woodworking because they were booked up for several months, but a shout out to their responsiveness! I texted them about some small jobs and they replied right back that they wouldn't be able to help for several months - and that in itself is good service. Though I continue my search for a good carpenter on some small jobs, it's pretty rare to get an honest and fast reply and I just want to say thanks for that, it shows they take service seriously. They came in an did a GREAT job completing the drywall on our remodel. They were quick and they left a clean work space. I would hire them again in a minute.
Hired David to cut floor joists at 10". He did three at 9 1/4" and one at 10". I was trying to tell him that I did not want to pay until he fixed it. He threatened me with an attorney if I did not pay him.
