I've been Dr. Toledo's patient for the past 7 yrs & I must say I am a thankful to him because my diabetes was way out of control and now my A1c is a 6.5, when I started seeing him it was an 11! he paid so much attention to my health and now I am feeling great. I have seen Mike Otte, PA who is great as well! The staff is helpful and understands my questions in regards to medications etc they always greet me with a smile and by my last name. They make me feel like they care about me and my health
Decent doctor. Always rushes me out the door; I feel pressured and don't get all my questions answered. Some friendly staff, and some inept & rude staff. Normal to call & get left on hold for 10 - 30 minutes.
Receptionist like to play games and blame the pharmacy for their incompetence, toledo needs to retire, his bad attitude far outshines anything positive about him
