I took my car to Susquehanna Ford for a tire rotation and alignment. I was not told that my car would be taken of their lot. They sent it to Abel Tires for the alignment. The work was done and then I was notified that my tires were no good and needed to be replaced immediately. AFTER they did the work! Super, super unprofessional and shady. What happened to honesty and integrity? We will not be using Susquehanna Ford or Abel Tires again.
Today I had a tire changed in less then 10 minutes. Great price too.
Their recommendations are always good. Great pricing and service, and of course, if there are any issues, they take care of them.
