I hired Abel Plumbing to repair a water heater. At that time he repaired the water heater $50.00 for the service call $48.00 for the 30 min rate to repair it and $45.00 for the part. Then I was told that if I had anymore problems out of the water heater he would come back free of charge and fix it. Well it did and he came back and said that it was just dirty under the water heater and needed to be cleaned out and that was the end of the service.
