Called about two separate cars. Dealer had no idea if maintenance had been done. Could not even tell me if a high mileage car had the timing belt service done. When they quoted pricing, they were several thousand dollars above book value for excellent condition. When I challenged the value the salesman said "we dont go by book value. We base our pricing on what the car costs us at auction". Shady shady shady
