Dr Alhomsi and his staff are so professional, caring and answered any questions I had concerning my health. I would highly recommend Dr Alhomsi.
This week was my first visit to Dr Al Homsi and while I was very pleased with him and his resident Dr Samanth’s professionalism, I was very disappointed with how rude his office manager Doreen Ramirez, was to me over the phone twice today , while I was trying to get an explanation about my medication from her, she cut me off and abruptly hung up. My husband heard the last call and was appalled by her insensitivity.
Just left Dr Alhomsi’s office WITHOUT seeing him. Sat in his office for 45 minutes waiting …. My time ran out …. I have another appointment. I left another appointment that was running late to get to Dr Alhomsi’s appointment. Wonderful life we live in where Oriole have no respect for other peoples time …. Life.
dr Alhomsi is wonderful, unfortunatly his staff is horrible, no kindness or courtesy only want your copay and refuse to answer any questiosn, when i asked to speak to the manager she was even worse., i was treated so terrible at his office i will never go back.
