Went there for USCIS forms and the whole experience was good. They were very fast.

If you have your uscis paperwork and you need a doctor to write you the report be careful and DONT CONE HERE Very bad experience. Our appointment was at 1:00 PM and we arrived on time, but we waited more than 3.5 hours to see the doctor. No explanation and no apology. They clearly do not respect people’s time. After all that waiting, we were told they only accept cash. This was not mentioned before the appointment. I had to leave, go to a bank, get cash, and come back.
