OMG, this place is the slowest service we ever known. I like the doctor as a person but We waited for one hour to see the nurse first and waited for another 20 minutes to see the doctor. I took my mom to see the doctor, the appointment was at 10:30 and they called us in at 11:35 which is more than one hour of waiting. I normally take an hour break from my own work to complete this task but this time it took 2 more than 2 hours to finish everything. The doctor is great himself. Very poor educated staff though. No phone call manners. They push you around to the voice mails that you never hear back from. On the phone they tell you their is no nurse or doctor to answer you, so you are send to voice mail, with no return. When they pickup the phone, before you explain your need, you are put on hold. Jaslene has absolutely no phone call manners, she basically told me on the phone you cant talk to a nurse, doctor or office manager, they are all busy. The least she could do is ... read more

Very nice office staff and clinic. Front desk is very welcoming and the Dr is very knowledgeable. Wait times can be long but they will definitely fit you in as a walk in. Definitely a one stop shop! Would definitely recommend it!
This is a very confused and disoriented practice.... Don’t know why this place has good reviews. it maybe technically okay, but organizationally it’s a mess.... while some staff are great (mainly at the front desk), the medical staff and nurses are very contemptuous and treats you as if you are some third class citizen. They messed up my immigration files and took them over 6 visits to get things done... please pay attention to the detail, you are literally dealing with peope’s lives.....
This office uses inappropriate and crony billing practices. They charged me for two doctors visits in the same day at the same time. Their reasoning is that I responded to questions about my health at my annual check-up... Additionally, they did not apply my $25 co-pay to my next visit, charged a $50 higher rate on third visit for no reason, and are rude over the phone. Profit > Care. I do not recommend this practice.
Very nice office staff& doctor. However wait times can be long at times. Sometimes I am not seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time even with me being early. Also you can definitely hear through the walls when the Dr. or Np is with another patient in the room beside you.
