Always get the answers that I ask , clean and friendly,
The only problem I have is how long I have to wait once I was called back. I realize that Dr. Wase is very busy and I am always glad I get to see him.
I had a 10:15 appointment, I did not see the doctor until 11:15. He did apologize for being so far behind Maybe he needs to not double book patients.
Unfortunately I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor.
My appointment was at 3:15 PM. I finally saw the doctor at 5:00 PM. I had to wait nearly two hours in a wheelchair with no padding. I could barely get out of the wheelchair and into the car when we left. This provider needs a better scheduling protocol.
Each visit has always been a good visit.
Impressed by Dr. Wase's expertise.
Dr. Wase is wonderful.....he listens to my concerns about the heart and pace maker.....he assures me that I am doing good.....but if I need him call.....as a senior citizen it is so important to have a good patient relationship with the doctor....
