I was called in right on time and the nurse that did the was excellent and we had a pleasant conversation. Dr. Wase was his usual friendly, professional self.
I was instructed to arrive at 8:15 for my 8:30 appointment but the office doesn't unlock their door until 8:30, so I waited in the lobby............why was that necessary????

Concern: At every appointment, my problems are not getting resolved but they are finding more problems. I find this very disheartening.
Dr. Wase did not answer all of my questions. He was in a hurry to get to another patient.
Had a 830 appointment was told to be there 15 minutes early didn't open the doors till 0835 wasn't called back till 0845
