Not very happy with the people in the front or billing processes. When I questioned the previous appointments billing because it only took one minute and they billed it as an exam, the lady in the front was disrespectful and said I should’ve known that was my second exam and I should be more knowledgeable about what my insurance covers. Ma’am, I did not know that one minute looking in my daughter‘s mouth and saying “yeah schedule a cleaning” was counted as a full exam. This is the 2nd time I brought my daughter here. The first time the dental hygienist (I think that’s what she was) said my daughter was starting to have a loose tooth (slightly wiggling) and my daughter and I knew she didn’t have one. That was 6 months ago and she still has that tooth - and all her baby teeth! None are wiggling. We loved the hygienist this time (I don’t know her name) but she was great and I would give her 5 stars.
