've had two failed deliveries that are of no fault of my own. I was guaranteed by the store manager (Kevin) that my w&d would be here on 5/8. A couple days after, I received a call from Matt, stating that Kevin did not fullfil my order correctly, and that my w&d would not be delivered on Saturday. He guaranteed delivery by 5/12. On 5/11, I received a call from Kevin saying that the truck is loaded already and I won't receive my delivery on 5/12. I told Kevin I would be in to cancel my entire order because of this blunder. Horrible service. Manager is a cocky sob who enjoys the lies coming out of his mouth. Don’t ever buy a product from them. Look at the bad reports from the bbb, Ohio AG’s office, and federal trade commission
I visited looking for a flat screen TV my sales Rep Nick Colburn educated me and was extremely helpful!
I stopped there to look at beds we went all over to different stores looking at beds and trying out the different qualities of beds we stopped at ABC on Navarre Avenue and found their price to be very competitive with other mattress stores they ended up beating the other stores deal we got a great deal on a brand new bed finally got a great night sleep thanks for spending the time that you did with us we appreciate the service that we got

I have been to this store many times and each time I have found EXACTLY what I needed at a great price! My salesperson Tony Brown is the one that helps me every time I go and he has always made sure that I get what I need in a timely manner. If its not there in stock he will go out of his way to find it or order to and have it delivered to my house. This is and will always be my go to place for my appliances.
