Worst customer service ever. Purchased a bed from them and were not informed we could not return it if we were unhappy with it. Store manager was smug and insensitive. I promise I will never shop there again

suppose to get delivery today between 8 and 11 . 11 comes and goes guys dont show up till 1:15 pm . and refrigerator had a dent in it . BIG FAIL ABC . SO DISAPPOINTED. you guys seem to srew up every delivery

I bought a lg 4K player last November and now it won’t play any dvds. The ONLY option I have is to call LG and deal with any issues directly with them. They say they can’t help or assist if costumers don’t buy their extended warranty. Barely 3 months and now defective.

Worst experience ever! Purchased a remote start, was instructed to call to make an appointment for install. Appointment was made, I showed up on time for install only to be told they don’t make appointments. Ummmmm, I did what you asked and called the number you gave me. I have arranged my day around the scheduled time. Had no choice but to leave the car and start making calls to rearrange my day.
