Bought a 7 piece furniture set here just over a year ago for what we thought was a good deal until just recently when our couch has started to fall apart. Just over a year old and still owe money on it for it to fall apart because of a framing issue and the handle for the recliner broke!! And they won't do anything about it because "it's out of their hands". Way to treat your customers!! Won't be buying anything else from there!!

Hubby and boys went in to purchase a new stereo system and it was a huge wasted trip. They were greeted at the door, but ignored for the remaining 45 minutes they were in the store. Several employees walked by and made eye contact but couldn't be bothered to stop or check in. They didn't even slow down enough for the hubby to ask for help. WENT IN TO LOOK AT KING SIZE MATTRESS AND JAMES TOLD ME HE WOULD MATCH ANOTHER STORES PRICE ON A PRETTY NICE MATTRESS AND HE MITE BE ABLE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TOMORROW(SAT.) BUT BEFORE I COULD GET HOME HE HAD LEFT A VOICEMAIL SAYING THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER CAUSE THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE MATTRESS IN STOCK WTF, I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO MATTRESS MART AT LEAST THEY ARE UPFRONT ABOUT IT.
Always get a great deal and super service after the sale!
