My wife went to ABC warehouse in Southgate to purchase a refrigerator. Was approached by Moe. He was aggressive and overwhelmed her. He made her feel uncomfortable. She walked away from him and found Eric. Eric was polite and helped her find what she needed.

IF MOE *MOHAMMAD FARDOUS* APPROACHES YOU, RUN! HE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE BUT THE MINUTE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE APPLIANCE OR DELIVERY, HE BECOMES UNHINGED! I CALLED HIM ABOUT A ISSUE WITH DELIVERY AND A DENT IN MY WASHER AND HE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE!

I went to ABC in Findlay and purchased a GE frontload washer and dryer with pedestals and and an LG black slide in gas range. The employee washed over and took the tags off of each item I chose and we went to the desk to check out. It took him well over an hour to do this task, as he kept making errors and needed assistance removing them. CADILLAC, MI LOCATION General manager is an incredibly rude and nasty individual! I spent nearly $2,000 on a dishwasher and a dryer that was supposed to be delivered TODAY! The driver decided to come way earlier than I was originally told, and when I had asked if he would be willing to wait even 5 minutes since my appointment would not be long he scoffed and then said he wouldn't. salesman mohamad Fardous is extremely racist towards black Americans. I too had a awful encounter with him and I could smell booze on him. He's a vile creep! Talks down to all women and tells black people to get out of his store. I was unaware that he owned ABC warehouse in Southgate. Mohamad fardous has a long history of outbursts, racist behavior and smelling like booze. He demeans customers and talks down to women.

We had the best experience with Cathy Kuczajda at the Novi location. She was always very kind and extremely helpful, but never pushy. She patiently worked with us for a of couple weeks while we were deciding on the perfect bed and appliances. She is wonderful!!! Highly recommend going in to see her!!! The McCartys

I purchased a LG 65" (OLED56C9PUA) for $2100 in February 2020 and a $599 Warranty (4yr). I called and informed ABC Warehouse that the TV stopped working and noticed a crack in the screen. The night before there was a thunderstorm and the tech stated that some TV​ with the thin screen​ will crack when there are thunderstorms. Per ABC Warehouse it's not covered under their warranties. My defective recliner rocker chair was purchased the end of June, 2021. After two months, a repair company, representing ABC Warehouse, came on site the last week of August, 2021. The technician determined the problem was a factory defect. After nearly two weeks, there is still No paper work or follow up from Either ABC Warehouse or J & S repair.
