the young lady at the front desk had a bit of an attitude. When I would ask her questions about my truck she gave this attitude like I was bothering her with questions. We pay to much money in this industry to deal with that. Not the worst shop ive been to, not the best either.

Went here for an oil and filters change on a 26ft box truck just to find out later that they overfilled engine oil and never replaced the oil filter because they could not take it off (it was all bent and scratched since they probably tried to remove with pliers instead of using a filter wrench). They just took the new oil filter that we gave them and kept it. Also, had to contest some unrelated extra charges that were promptly removed. Not recommended.
