Friendly stuff
Giving them a one star because zero stars isn’t an option, it’s been horrible service since the beginning. Stood in the lobby for 2hrs while Ed set up my order. Then my order shows up wrong which is cool things happen. But then for the next 24hrs I have to constantly call Ed to try and get answers for my order being swapped out. When I was told I’d be called back I never get a call back. It took me showing up in person to the location to get Ed to make a phone call to get me the simple answer I needed.
