I’ve stopped by this location a few times, and even with the new arrival/departure system, my experience hasn’t improved much. It takes forever before someone even grabs my ticket to help me. Not all of the employees are bad, but the few who work in the back have consistently given me attitude every time I’ve been there, which makes for a frustrating experience.
