Laurie went above and to help out my window situation
I am very unhappy with the service I got here.I was sent by my contractor to make windows choices on my new house.We sat in the guy’s small, over-packed office the entire visit.I was shown one example of window and that was it.He sat behind his dual screen computer and just talked about the products.Besides the one, there were no other instore examples of windows or styles.I was handed a large catalog of window and door choices and told to pick what I wanted.Any questions I had during my choosing process were unanswered, I h... read more
If you are a driver, just know as of 9-3-24, they are doing renovations to their delivery entrance. It's a lot smaller than it seems. You will have to enter through their exit side on N River Dr. It's easier to pull in and have someone spot you than to back in from the street. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and I'm glad they care enough to maintain their parking lot.
