Very displeased with the customer service at the Murfreesboro location. I spoke with Mike about having my COD acct changed to a charge account and he was super rude and told me to go to corporate to have it changed. I called corporate and they told me thw BRANCH had to do the change. So I get transferred back. They were supposed to send me the new application and it never came. I called back and Mike answered and was very rude again. I tried to get him to double check the email and he kept telling me that it would be in my s... read more
