Terrible customer service. Office personnel are rude and don’t work together to help customers. I set up a tax free purchase which took 2 days to quote. After working through this over phone and email… I show up to pay for the product.. The problems start again.. 30+ mins of waiting for them to figure out the tax free purchase again. All around terrible experience with the Panama City office.
I try so hard to understand how this company works unfortunately oscar help me the two times i try to get material he has make sure i dont get the material so i cant get my work done i just wonder what happen to costumer service i know they all not the same but at this point i dont want to deal with rude people that they only care to make a paycheck
