Initially called because I was needing some replacement tiles. Staff was very helpful went above and beyond, walked me outside and showed me different tiles and tried to match what I needed perfectly would recommend this incredible customer service to anyone needing roofing supplies.
We came to get Hacienda color packs and were pleasantly surprised by the helpful service provided by Nate and the other staff. The shop is well laid out and has a nice seating area for clients to waiting to be helped. There is ample parking and an easy drive through yard for getting you necessary supplies.
I had a horrible experience with a worker there named Jasmin, who proceeded to scream and yell at me aggressively, I felt unsafe. Incredibly rude
