Friendly office, guys were helpful, it was a busy place and interactions with all customers seemed friendly and helpful

I’ve used ABC for one-off color matching before, and they’ve been decent enough to work with. But this morning I called asking a very simple question about whether they had any shingles close to a beige color, and the guy who answered refused to help in any meaningful way. Instead, he told me I’d have to come into the store to look at samples. That’s not helpful service. I wasn’t asking for an exact match over the phone, just some basic guidance, and he couldn’t be bothered.
