It would be a mistake to do business with the Webster office of ABC Supply. My original window order was made in error due to an unrequested change made by the representative. The measurements were correct but he had changed out one word that made a difference in the arch of the windows. Since they were unwilling to materially discount another order for their mistake- my wife and I are having to re-order the windows through another company. This was a $5,000 mistake! Placed an order on Feb. 8, 2018 and they billed my charge account over $600.00 that day. Today is March 9, a month later. No product! They keep saying " It will be in tomorrow". Today is Friday and they are closed on Saturday! How can you not know a delivery date? Two days of rain are expected this weekend and I don't have the panels to stop the leaks in my roof. Will never depend on them again!
ABC supply is awesome. Easy to work with, always will to go the extra mile for the client. They do make Mistakes but are always willing to make it right. Thanks ABC you guys rock.

We gave ABC Supply 454 dollars for 3 thermopane windows. We prepaid since tbey require it to order anything Yet we were given single pane windows.We then told them we had ordered theopane windows and these were windows that opened, not what we orxered.And we wanted an exchange or the thermopane windpws which we ordered that was even on the order ticket but we were told sorry we cannot refund or exchange special orders. as a roofing window and vinyl siding contractor who's been in business for 18 years I was approached by they're outside sales rep to start buying from them, as with most companies they promise you the world and promise superb service. let me to any of you that service is very slack when it comes to the sales rep and following through on their promises. Gave the wrong material. There truck broke down. Couldn't roof deliver. Called got some punk kid named Chris When I called. Told me that I'm not getting a refund on delivery. Poor service.
