Although they may have some Singer sewing machine older domestic models in their inventory, it appears they do very little maintenance on these types of machines and concentrate on the industrial machines. They will not even order parts that are available from Singer and its distributor should you have them look at your machine to see what is the problem. I needed help to get my bothers sewing machine fixed. Customer Service at Brothers is a disaster. I was able to get a hold of Joseph Parker who is the VP of ABC and he was amazing and super effective on the phone to help fix my sewing machine. Without his help I would have not been able to get it repaired as fast as a lot of sewing shops were not operating and repairing during Covid. I very much recommend anyone to go to ABC and not be disappointed.

Joseph is absolutely the best. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. He has helped us numerous times to get our machine back up and running. He always calls us back immediately and walks us through any problems we have. He is extremely knowledge about the machine. So there is very little second guessing about it. The way we found him was through another technician who was helping us with our machine. absolutely the best in customer service! looking for a random foot attachment, they wrote back in less than a minute and it was at my door in 2 days . unbelievable and unbeatable ! Even the site is awesome , with the parts list highlighted to the direct part buying link. genius . Needed a few random as hell parts and they had them .Honestly going to check here first for everything instead of wandering around shitty website after shitty website . Thanks ABC ! <3

I only needed a belt for my Mom's old Adler machine so I went to a local store in Westchester and they wanted $140 to tune-up the machine and would not give me a belt without it. Took it home and oiled it. I called ABC and they said they would give me a belt if that was all I wanted. Joseph made the belt to fit, looked over the machine and said it was in great working order. It cost me under $5. They are very friendly and honest and would highly recommend them.
