Best installer I hired ABC Seamless to install windows in our home last year and our home has never looked so good. The 2 installers went above and beyond to make sure they were respectful of my home and yard. They even trimmed the interior and exterior of the windows. The windows have made a difference in the noise and heat. ABC is even doing windows in our second home this month. Thanks ABC!
Lousy customer service I am bitterly disappointed. They took forever to get installed, and have never resolved an installation problem. The owner was rude and condescending, balming it all on my roofer. Funny, I didn't have my problem BEFORE they worked on my house. No wonder they want to sell your payment plan to a bank. They have their money and you are left with a mess for someone else to come clean up. The owner lied to get our business, the work was shoddy, the cost was twice that of the competition. When I asked the owner he had an amazing attitude that was condescending and rude. I wish I'd never called them.
Won't call me back. They installed siding for us 2 1/2 years ago and did a great job. They wrapped our exterior door jams with their product. Now we want to install screen doors and need technical information about how to do that given the way they wrapped our door jams. I called June 9th and was told they would call me back, no one did. I called June 23rd same story. Great Service I was really happy with our new gutters. We've spent a lot of money on the house this summer and the gutters were the finishing touch. We would recommend them to anyone.
