He was present when the insurance adjuster came and found a lot of damage the adjuster overlooked. John fought a long battle on my behalf when insurance denied coverage for various items. We had a massive storm rip through the city in the spring that dropped golfball sized hail everywhere. We had the opportunity to work with John McCool during our repairsnto the siding and gutters. Our roof was excluded before an insurance claim due to a metal roof exclusions, but we had work that needed to be done to it anyway and John was happy to help.
