Slumlords and thief’s. Broke our lease and stole our property from a common area in our lease. Ignored maintenance requests which resulted In Water running down our walls for 2 years, mold, mice, Electrical issues, etc. They don’t maintain their properties, they don’t even try. And then to add insult to injury after we moved out they tried to extort for more money despite Wisconsin state law stating exactly how long of a notice we have to give before moving out. I would not recommend anyone renting from this company.They do not care about their tenants what's so ever..when I moved in to one 0f their units I told them that I had seen rats in the unit and they said it was my responsibility to get rid of them..I also submitted some maintenance request that they did not fix..for example my front porch step was completely broken so it was dangerous for anyone to walk on and they did not care and the basement stairs were not up to code..there was also black mold which they said was my res... read more
