I have been working with ABC Renovation since 2010 for my various property flipping and major constructions projects. The only thing I like to work with the team is that they are lead by a veteran. I am very comfortable with teams who work with integrity, trust and pure honesty. There are some variations on the project costs but I really like their honesty, punctuality and commitment to their words with step by step inspections by the local county. We recently purchased a 20 year old house in John's Creek. The house was in obvious need of massive renovations ranging from flooring and painting to electricity and plumbing. From the very beginning of our restaurant remodel, ABC people were the best!! First off, getting a reply within 10 minutes is so reassuring that the service is right from the start. They listen and reply quickly, with a very comprehensive approach to the project and detailed quote. Then once they arrive, (on time and friendly) they do exactly what they are asked to do. Ray recently finished renovating our kitchen. His price was competitive and he had all the "little things" included. He is not the kind of person who finds ways to charge extra - very trustworthy and honest. Ray is also a fantastic communicator. He responds usually within minutes via text to any question or request. ABC only takes a few projects on at a time. we have fungus growing in our house after "ABC Renovations" work which has become a health hazard...after contacting him for long time to request to come and at least take a look and do his annual inspection...he never showed up and now refused to do it totally saying that he has given one year warranty which already has passed. I regret that I picked this company over many other qualified and skilled companies. I shared my opinion to warn others for future reference.
