Rhonda and Dan are awesome. We was nervous and confused when looking for our first house. We also have a very tight schedule so we had to see the houses either very early in the morning or after 7:00 p.m., but they were so nice to show us the houses anytime that we requested. Rhonda also gave us great advices and Dan was very knowledgeable.
It's very unfortunate when people have to resort to this type of behavior. Yes I still had to get things out of the home I sold yesterday 8/5/2022. I tried working with buyers, wife said "we will work around each other it's ok" then soon as papers were signed they started moving in and began taking someone else's (our)belongings not even 5hrs after closing on the house and throwing it out in the middle of the driveway as we were moving stuff out, not to mention then it started to rain.
