We were given the number of this place by another business that was to busy to be able to assist us. We were quoted $130/hr for pipe thawing. We were charged $260/hr because the owner Victor Smith failed to inform us that the $130/hr was per worker. NEVER use these guys as the owner is a scammer. The workers were awesome.
Quite possibly the worst service I have ever hired. Had a pipe that needed thawed. They came in, charged 150 dollars hour, brought in additional person because contractor /owner Victor Smith can’t walk confidently. Replaced several pieces on my furnace that wasn’t related and without my consent. Over charged each piece. I realized what they were doing and fired them two days later.
