To make an EXTREMELY long story short: They installed an electric water heater when we have propane. This caused a whole host of issues for 5 MONTHS. To top it all off, we had a minor gas leak that was discovered by another more reputable company. *BEWARE. HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR WATER HEATER NEEDS*

JR With ABC plumbing gave impeccable service he came out and was quick efficient, very kind also was clean! Great with communication. Honestly, I wish I could take him all across the country to all of my jobs. There was zero stress and everything was done perfectly and professionally easy to pass inspections. Very hard to find good contractors these days especially for commercial properties, but JR is top quality! I would highly recommend Abc Plumbing as they are wonderful. Very impressed!

We had purchased garbage disposal and pipes..all he had to do was put it together. I Checked to see if everything was working properly after he left ..it was leaking..called the company it took a few days for him to return..at first he said it wasn't leaking ..I put my hand around the pipe to show there was water. Also the rudest man ever..730.00 dollars was ridiculously high ..never again would not recommend 😒

Came out, looked at our issue (sink won't drain), said they'd get us a quote and then drove off. When we called to see what happened and if they were going to text the quote we were told they would call back. When we didn't get a call back we called again and were told they were on another job and we would be sent the quote. The next morning they called and told us they weren't interested.

They seemed nice, they came out, took a look....then left while I thought they were writing up the quote. Only after like 4-5 calls did I finally find out (the next day) that the workers say they "can't do the work" but won't give a reason. They also offered no other solutions to get our sink working again. I'm beyond frustrated, because if they'd just told me yesterday instead of dragging it out I could have just found somewhere else.
