saved me time and money! Great service! I know very little about plumbing and the technician that acb plumbing sent over took the time to walk me though preventative majors so I donât have recurring plumbing problems. I know I got a really good deal after speaking to my neighbors about how much they paid to replace their hot water heaters! Abc went above and beyond!
SAVED CHRISTMAS Last Christmas I had a major flood in my kitchen. I was hosting out of town family and friends for dinner. The next thing I knew, my kitchen and dinning room were completely flooded! I called ABC Plumbing & Rooter and they sent a restoration team over immediately along with one of their technicians. This was what I call an emergency! They took care of everything and even applied a senior discount!
I LOVE ABC!!! I LOVE ABC PLUMBING AND ROOTER CO., INC!!! They make sure they get the job done right every time. The technician explained every step of the way what he was doing so I was informed and felt comfortable with him in my house. He stressed that other plumbing companies sometimes charge less but it's a temporary fix and ABC Plumbing and Rooter Co., Inc will only do work the right way not the temporary way that could lead to bigger problems like flooding my home or health and safety issues. Over priced rate - unsatisfactory They came to my house and I wish I would have never called them, the come off as such a great company on the advertisments ... buyer beware they are not a good choice
Very unhappy with ABC Plumbing and Rooter BEWARE!!! Whatever you do I would stay as far away from this company as possible. They severely overcharged my wife for 863.45 to repair two toilets (2 wax rings at about $10 a piece - 3 bolts and washers that probably cost less than $50 and only 2 hours of labor). Evidently ABC Plumbing & Rooter feels that their labor should be $400/hr. Bad choice for me Very over priced for the work, would not ever use again. When they came out to look at drain a simple cleaning turned into a major job and cost me 2x as much as it should have.

Claims integrity and has none I try to support local companies, usually it rewards me with better service and fair pricing. This is not the case with ABC Pluming. I called the Chandler office for a simple Rooter service of 15ft of pipe. I was told that a technician would come out, quote me, and there would be a $59 charge if I had no work done. They then quoted me $179 but I agreed. 10 minutes later when the tech was done. He hands me a bill for $179 +$59.
feeling ripped off Giving 1 star is a over statement they deserve a zero. We had this company come by our house & give us a estimate to fix a pipe under 2 slabs of concrete we were quoted $1327. knew we could not afford that much we moved both pieces of concrete and even dug the hole for them only leaving the exposed pipe to be fixed and they charged our debit card $ 1127 took the just about a hour and a half Overcharged us and refused to refund any of our money. $751 a hour you decide
