5 + Stars. Beyond wonderful customer service in the New Port Richey office! I had a scheduling issue, spoke with Carol, she apologized for the inconvenience and fixed the issue promptly. She sent out a tech named James, who is always friendly. He also always answers all my annoying bug/pest related questions without hesitation. Overall great company, efficient, great price and knowledgeable.
I contacted the company because I have concerns about termites. The house inspection revealed there were signs of previous termite treatment, no current signs of activity were observed. The company showed up to my home without an appointment on a holiday weekend. They are thorough and are willing to offer me other services but not pushing them at me for a sale.
