I cancelled service with Massey because they didn't return my calls and my lawn looked terrible. When I had a technician from ABC give me an estimate I was told I had grubs- (WHICH MASSEY NEVER MENTIONED). If I didn't have ABC come out when they did, my lawn could've been DESTROYED. Thanks ABC!
Exceptional Service. The technician was very professional all around. When he came out for the inspection he showed me where pests were entering my home and explained to me the products he would use to get rid of my problem. Very pleased with the services I signed up for!
My service guy really did a great job in taking care of my mothers home today. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then actually did what he said he was going to do. After he finished his service he told me exactly what to look for and he gave me his cell phone number if I had any other problems or questions. I have dealt with other pest control companies in the past and they never showed this much concern for what they were doing. My Mom is very happy with them. Thank You!
Been a customer with this company for three years now. If I ever have a problem, the customer service staff are always quick to respond. I also visited the nursery at the Largo store and bought my daughter a plumeria plant for her new home! Big thanks to ABC and its wonderful staff.
