I brought my Children to ABC Pediatrics for annual wellness visits on 8/16/21 and 9/9/21. However, the office coded these visits as an office visit instead. Insurance claims were submitted with the incorrect code for the incorrect service, and claims were not processed properly as a result. I notified ABC Pediatrics of the fact that the claims they submitted to my insurance were incorrect, and that they would need to be resubmitted utilizing the proper code for an annual wellness visit instead of an office visit.
