I began seeing Dr. Shanks after having a very negative experience with another pediatric office, and I have never regretted making the switch. She has cared for my children for the past 20 years, and throughout that time I have always felt comfortable, supported, and confident in the care they received. We recently transitioned our children’s care to Abc Pediatrics, and the experience has been outstanding. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth and efficient, which we appreciated as we settled into the area. The staff is professional, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for any family looking for a seamless healthcare transition!

We love ABC Pediatrics and doctors. Over the years apart from our children’s doctor we have seen other doctors in the practice as well during sick visits and love all of them - Dr. Law, Dr Patel, Dr. Shanks, Dr. Persak, and Dr. Gus. Pros : good doctors, location Cons :difficulty to schedule sick visits at times

My son has been a patient at ABC Pediatrics since he was a baby and is now 10 — we’ve never considered going anywhere else. They always get him in as soon as possible, visits are quick with hardly any wait, and the office is spotless. The staff are extremely friendly and genuinely caring; they take the time to talk with us and make my son feel comfortable. Whenever I need a doctor’s note or any assistance, they respond quickly and helpfully. Highly recommend ABC Pediatrics for attentive, efficient, and compassionate care.

I recently moved to Naperville and wanted to get my special kid’s physical signed by a pediatrician requested by the school district. I paid a visit to explain the situation. The staff did not even let me explain the situation while keeping me out of the Door with her foot. After I was able to explain this young staff, she called another one and she did no sign of empathy and help. service has went downhill. She was rude, dismissive and lack curiosity for people.
