I began seeing Dr. Shanks after having a very negative experience with another pediatric office, and I have never regretted making the switch. She has cared for my children for the past 20 years, and throughout that time I have always felt comfortable, supported, and confident in the care they received. Dr. Shanks is both compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel has been our pediatrician since my pre-natal visit. As soon as I met her, I knew I wanted her as my daughter's pediatrician. She has become like a relative you enjoy visiting. I trust her and the whole team of Drs. at ABC.
We love ABC Pediatrics and doctors. Over the years apart from our children’s doctor we have seen other doctors in the practice as well during sick visits and love all of them - Dr. Law, Dr Patel, Dr. Shanks, Dr. Persak, and Dr. Gus. My son has been a patient at ABC Pediatrics since he was a baby and is now 10 — we’ve never considered going anywhere else. They always get him in as soon as possible, visits are quick with hardly any wait, and the office is spotless. The staff are extremely friendly and genuinely caring; they take the time to talk with us and make my son feel comfortable.
