I called to schedule my daughter an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist at Alameda was extremely rude. She then told me that doctors won’t normally accept siblings who have different insurances and both would need to been seen there. Then, she informed me that I had to wait to see if the doctor approved me. The receptionist alone makes me not want to seen there.
We love Dr. Lynae Canales. Our visits are calm, reassuring, and even enjoyable. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a positive environment every time we come in. We truly appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown at every appointment. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in such great hands. Highly recommend Dr. Lynae Canales.
Dr Canales and her team always go above and beyond for our kids. We are fortunate to have such a fantastic practice in our community.
I have taken my children to ABC since they were newborns. We have used both locations and always received excellent service and care.
