The staff was very good, a job well done..good service.
My daughter was seen today by Buddy for the first time! He is the only medical professional she has ever cooperated with, smiled at and didn't cry during the exam! I know all visits won't be this easy but it was a great experience for her. �
Used to be a decent office! I have been taking my kids since birth! Now I have to pay a copay and office visit to get acne cream refilled. They don't return phone calls, and I always have to wait at least an hr after my appt time before being seen. They went from patient friendly to money hungry! I'm looking for a new doctor!!
Great Doctors! Great Nurses! But they need to work on answering the phone in the mornings. I have been calling since 7:45 a.m and here it is 8 and still not getting anyone. Not the first time this has happened either.
