I’ve been with ABC for going on 4 years. I have NEVER been billed for bringing my kid in on a Saturday during their Saturday hours. Now all of a sudden I’m being charged almost $18 extra. As much as I love the doctors, their billing department is very rude and unprofessional. As long as I have to keep calling and dealing with them then I’d almost rather switch doctors.
Dr Batish is a saint. Used telehealth on both of my babies to avoid exposure. so thorough and amazing, as was the nurse who screened us.

My family has been going to ABC Pediatrics for over 2 years. The staff is so kind & always goes above and beyond. The doctors & nurses truly care about your children’s health and wellness.
I love the people and the Doctors but their billing deparment is horrible. They dont bill you directly and they never call. They blame the offices fornall.the problems. They say they call and they dont. Please change your billing department.
