Dr. Medina is the absolute best. She is caring and kind and has a soft approach when speaking to children, never comes across rushed or too busy to take an extra moment with us. I also appreciate that she always acknowledges the parents and remembers who each of her patients and parents are and specifics about prior conversations whether it’s personal or medical. Please reconsider your front staff personnel and how you schedule appointments for vaccinations. The absolute worst.
We LOVED coming here but ever since Dr. Hensley left it's gone down hill. The front office staff seems annoyed and trying to get a refill for an inhaler took 2 months. The nurses are great, but it's important to have a great doctor or nurse practitioner but here is not where you will find one anymore! We have been coming here for 8 years and we have no choice but to leave and find another office!
