We’ve been coming here since 2014 seeing Dr. Chua. Everyone here is professional, friendly and really care about the kids! We love Dr.Chua and her team. I highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent pediatrician, come to the South Side office!

I would advise others to stay away from this office. The staff is very rude and often respond in a bad mood. They also appear to be understaffed, which results in long waiting times. Something as simple as scheduling an appointment, something that should take only a couple of minutes, can turn into a wait of over half an hour. Today, I tried for 40 minutes and was unable to schedule an appointment.
