Have been taking my children since they were born. Have a trustworthy doctors
I would advise others to stay away from this office. The staff is very rude and often respond in a bad mood. They also appear to be understaffed, which results in long waiting times. Something as simple as scheduling an appointment, something that should take only a couple of minutes, can turn into a wait of over half an hour. Today, I tried for 40 minutes and was unable to schedule an appointment. Waited 1 hour for my baby to see his doctor with 2 people here. Everyone was in and out except my family. Personnel confirmed insurance is valid but still made us wait then attempted to have us sign an insurance waiver after she said she knows we have insurance. Staff are incompetent
