The pediatricians, Dr Rick and Melanie are so incredible. I have been visiting this practice for about 10 years with all three of my kids. The administration team on the other hand has a very grumpy woman that absolutely cannot be bothered to do her job, her telephone etiquette is atrocious. Literally she is the only person in the entire practice that makes me want to have another PCP for my kids. This practice is supposed to be owned by a husband and wife but I’ve never seen the wife who is supposed to be good (maybe an ex-wife now). The husband is not good at all. I had both my children here for annual check and twice when sick. The doctor never touched my children for their check ups ever! Didn’t check their ears, heart rate, didn’t listen to their lungs, etc. for when my son was sick he said he had an ear infection but didn’t even look in his ear with an instrument. I have been taking my child, who's now a teenager, here since they were in pre school, more than a decade now! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Both doctors here have been amazing year after year. In the beginning I saw so many doctors and it was awful because my child has asthma and we couldn't find anyone who could help us until we found ABC Pediatrics!
