DON'T EVER USE THEM !!!!! They are rude unprofessional!!! The office manager Susan was rude and hung up on me. They had a refferal.on the 6th of this month and I was never contacted !! Then there is only one Dr. Working at the clinic which is another down fall. They stated the called me twice and I have no missed calls from them or any voice mails !!! Terrible. Briefly used them. We have two children under three. Every visit we arrived early and every visit we waited at least an hour after the scheduled time to get in. The last visit we complained and the response was "it's not my problem."
DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. I would give him a -10 if I could. He said a child was " unfortunately deaf and dumb"..... That is his direct quote.... The term is Deaf.
NoT HAPPY.....Very poor communication among staff. Also, if I am worried about my child's health then you should to doc....
I would not recommend this Dr. Office at all. I was not happy with the service I was provided. I scheduled an appoint with them 2 months ago for a well child visit and shots. The day before the appoint I called to verify it and my appointment was never scheduled. I even have an appointment card. I was asked to bring in the card so they could see it. Never mind trying to fix the mistake and reschedule me over the phone but instead focused on my dropping what I'm doing to bring in the card. Called to talk to a supervisor and a... read more
Great Place great doctors. I have Been with ABC for 24 years! the staff has changed over the years but they as well as the Doctors are awesome! Dr Farooqi has cared for all my 4 children for the last 24 years. son 24, Daughter 2, daughter 10 and son 6 when I take my two youngest he always ask for my two oldest by their names waooo. ABC is awesome and I wouldn't go anywhere else! well recommended.. stuff have been nice, but it goes both ways we have to be nice too.
My sons doc is there and i love him..always takes really good care of him..now some of the front desk people must really hate their job cause they always have attitudes
